Share the experience with everyone

This hands-on class is the perfect time to enjoy with friends and coworkers. The workshop is aimed at adults in groups of 5 to 10 people. The chef will bring all the necessary materials. You'll only be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

  • Its objective is to understand the client's needs and expectations through the following steps: Gathering information: date, time, location and number of guests; Type of event: celebration, bachelorette party, etc.; Confirming kitchen conditions: utensils, space, appliances.

  • Once all the details have been finalized, the chef will send you the final quote, and payment must be made as follows: 50% of the total amount due the week before the event; the remaining amount due on the day of the event.

  • The chef will purchase all the necessary ingredients and prepare everything needed in advance to speed up service at your home.

  • The chef will arrive at 10am or 5pm, depending on the time chosen, and will begin organizing the kitchen and preparing all the details for the workshop.

  • Over the next few hours, Chef Xavier will help all participants prepare different types of pasta and sauces, which will comprise a complete menu, including starter, main course, and dessert. After preparation, guests will be seated, and the chef will finish the dishes on the spot. The food will be served directly by the chef or an assistant as follows: The starter will be served individually, followed by the main course, and finally, dessert. Between each culinary moment, the chef will give a brief presentation of all the dishes.

  • Once everything is served, the chef cleans the kitchen, washes and puts away everything that was used, and makes sure everything is as he found it.

  • After the experience, the chef can contact you to thank you and ask if you were satisfied. This is also an opportunity to provide feedback and, if desired, plan a future special occasion.
