The step-by-step experience

  • Its objective is to understand the client's needs and expectations through the following steps: Gathering information: date, time, location, and number of guests; Type of event: celebration, bachelorette party, etc.; Confirming kitchen conditions: utensils, space, appliances.

  • After all the details are finalized, the chef will send the final quote, and payment should be made as follows: 50% of the total amount the week before the event; the remaining amount on the day of the event.

  • The chef will purchase all the necessary ingredients and prepare everything in advance to expedite the service at your home.

  • The chef will arrive at 10:00 AM or 5:00 PM, depending on the chosen time, and will begin organizing the kitchen and preparing all the details for the workshop.

  • Over the next few hours, Chef Xavier will assist all participants in preparing different types of pasta and sauces, which will make up a complete menu with appetizer, main course, and dessert. After the preparations, the guests will be seated, and the chef will finish the dishes on the spot. The food will be served directly by the chef or an assistant as follows: The appetizer will be served individually, followed by the main course, and finally, dessert. Between each culinary moment, the chef will give a brief presentation of all the dishes.

  • Once everything is served, the chef takes care of cleaning the kitchen, washing and tidying up what was used, and ensuring that everything is left as it was found.

  • After the experience, the chef may contact you to thank you and ask if you were satisfied. This is also an opportunity to give feedback and, if you wish, plan a future special occasion.
