The step-by-step experience
The goal is to understand the client's needs and expectations through the following steps: Gathering information: date, time, location, and number of guests; Type of event: intimate dinner, celebration, bachelorette party, etc.; Food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions; Desired menu type; Confirming kitchen conditions: utensils, space, appliances.
After all the details are finalized, based on your preferences, the chef will send the final quote, and payment should be made as follows: 50% of the total amount the week before the event; the remaining amount on the day of the event.
The chef will purchase all the necessary ingredients and prepare everything in advance to expedite the service at your home.
The chef and their team will arrive at least 3 hours in advance (depending on the complexity of the service) to organize the kitchen and prepare all the details before your meal begins: setting up in the kitchen and checking the functionality of the equipment; preparing the final mise en place and starting the hot preparations. The idea is that, when the guests are ready, everything will be impeccable.
The food will be served directly by the chef or an assistant as follows: Several dishes and platters are carefully arranged at the event location.
Once everything is served, the chef takes care of cleaning the kitchen, washing and tidying up what was used, and ensuring that everything is left as it was found.
After the experience, the chef may contact you to thank you and ask if you were satisfied. This is also an opportunity to give feedback and, if you wish, plan a future special occasion.
All menus are fully adaptable to dietary restrictions and preferences. The Chef pays special attention to every detail, preparing each dish with the passion of someone who truly loves what they do — so that every bite is unique, flavorful, and made to measure.
